Bhote Koshi (Bhot means Tibet, & Koshi – pure) this river flows from Tibet through Nepal and joint Sapta Koshi in Easteren Nepal. The river can be reached within 4 hours drive from Kathmandu and it is also famous of Bungee Jump. People like to join Bungee Jump and rafting together. This is slightly harder as it has stronger rapids classed as 4-5, The place has quite a good amount of guest houses. The incredible view of the famous mountains including Mt. Everest while you are rafting over wildest, craziest, an faster river in Nepal.
We have a suggested itinerary for you, this can be modified, amended, and changed entirely as per your requirements.
Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu, you will be briefed by the guides about the safety measures, then will be taken to the smoother side of the river for you to accustomed with the rapids and river on the following day. Then in the evening, we will usually set camp, enjoy Nepali folk live music with drums and flutes, you can also try some local made snaps… if you like to.
Day 02. After breakfast, experience high speed rush provided by the challenging class V rapids "Frog on the Blinder", "Midnight Express" and numerous class IV rapids for about 4 hours. "Wall" and "Cave" are also encountered. The scenery of the different mountains, forests and ethnic Nepali cultural life is marvelous and fantastic. Drive back to Kathmandu after this thrilling experience for a well-deserved rest.
Three times meal in a day, Guest House on the raft day, transportation, guide, porters, cooks, and equipment cost (Separate based on your requirements)
Personal expenses, your visa fee, Rafting equipment rent charges based your needs, your travel insurance, tips, activities other than mentioned.
This can be organized any given day, however not for one person, either you have to give your name and drop it in our office or wait till we find next person. We deal with minimum of 5 people.
