Emerald Small Villa s a two floor villa sleeping up to 4 persons.
The villa is 80sqm and has an exterior private fenced space of 185 sqm (set on an area of 1000 sqm).
Outdoor: Private shaded parking area, private full tiled pool (4x7, 1.50 deep), sun loungers and umbrellas, covered terrace with table and chairs for 4 and an outdoor shower.
Indoor: The ground floor consists of an open plan dining/living area and a fully equipped kitchen with: : electric cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment and utensils. The lounge area has tastefully decorated with wood and cane furniture and it also has a fireplace. There is satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and movies/books collection. There is also a separate WC which has a wash-hand basin and toilet. A wooden staircase leads you to the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The bathroom has a bath with Jacuzzi and shower, hairdryer, wash-hand basin and toilet. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, TV and safe deposit box. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.

Rental includes a basic welcome pack and daily maid service.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your booking and get refunded if it is at least one month before your arrival; if it is after that period of time then you loose your deposit.
If you have arrived at your villa and wish to cancel the rest of your stay then you pay for the nights you have been accommodated and 50% of the rest of the period that you have booked.
